As per telephonic conversation with your team I told him many times that I am physically handicapped from left feet but they said that refund not possible so this is to inform you that I have successfully registered this complaint to Indian Consumer forum complaint no is 400473 complaint screen shot attached & hard copy of legal notice I am sending on your Customers service head Gurgaon address this is last warning for you please take special permission for refund.
