Dear sir
I have purchased a pair of shoe on 09/12/2018vide invoice no[protected]First 06 figure not clear on bill) article [protected] andrew 64041920 from sector 17 e chandigarh bata store. I have made a complain to customer care on 06 march 2019 about shoe. As adviced i visited the store for shoe inspection and store manager i was satisfied with the problem and told me that he will replace the shoe 100%. But told me to visit after 03 days. I went again on the said day but i have been that today they can not replace due to store repairing. Again i went another day as told but again i have been refused to replace the shoe and instead went into argument publicaly and insulted me. Finaly i have been told to replace the shoe from other store. I have been harassed mentally and financial by ur store and your system. Last reference no 1526593 with bata and i have not received any feed back after this long communication apart from many times talk to customer care.. Regards lakhvinder singh
