[Resolved]  Bata India — Horrible experience with Bata never again to buy anything from them

I am Neeraj Pandey from Delhi, Our ill luck started when my father stepped in Bata Footwear Show Room in Mahagun Mall Vaishali. As we went there in close by area so we decided to buy some footwear and hence my father stepped in and called me there. Bata was running some discount and everything was lucrative so I checked and bought 3 pairs total. 2 Pairs for my wife and 1 my father purchased for himself and we got back to home. It was done in evening and from evening to next morning my father used that slippers and realized that his finger of foot were injured due to this slipper not getting fit so he asked me to contact bata show room that morning. Now when I called him he didnt say what solution he is going to give us but he said please bring them here we will see, I said what is there to see in slippers ? will you use them or what but he was adamant and not listening to me so I said to my father to go there . after sometime I called my father and was told that he received that slippers and told my father that they will repair them so I got angry to listen to it and called that show room. Now, He said that he will get them repaired, I said why repair if our foot is injured then why would we again get the same slippers from you ? and who will be responsible if we again get hurt but he was not going to listen to us anymore, When I said that Ok if you again get them repaired I would like to get it in written that we will not be having any difficulties after wearing them but he was very rude to say that he would not give me any in written. I repent for buying sometime from bata store and I just searched it's customer care number who was very polite to receive my complaint and said that he would forward this complaint to the concerened person and it will be resolved in 7 days despite my telling him that my father will go back to hometwon in 2 days but he was very polite and said sir I cant help. After 7 days I received a letter from bata that because it was not any manufacturing defect they are not going to do anything . How sensible this is I spent some money purchased it from you and you said you are not going to change it despite knowing it that Online shopping sites change your product in 7 days. I have decided never to buy any Bata Product in my life. No matter how more I pay but there are many other brands that I will buy my footwear from and at the time I am buying this I will try to know what would happen if I feel uncomfortable.
