Bata India — I'm complaining about my order placed on Bata india shopping website | |||
Hai, This is kaavya sridharan from tamilnadu, today I ordered a slipper and a casual shoes on bata india online shopping website https://www.bata.in/ . Prepaid payment is done and I got a confirmation message also (Dear Kaavya, Your Order with ID: 12656526 has been placed successfully. We acknowledge your payment of Rs. 558.20 received through Debit Card. There will be a little delay in delivery due to covid. We shall update you as it is shipped out from our warehouse. Click here: http://bata.in/ for more info/query.) Immediately I got another message stating (Dear Kaavya, Your Order with ID: 50829670 has been cancelled on your request. Your last credit note was not used. Here is your new credit note OCCN[protected] to redeem on bata.in. Please write to us at in-customer.[protected]@bata.com for any query.) Both the order ID's are different I literally Got confused... This is worst experience I've experienced in online shopping... I'm not getting any clear picture on my order details.
