On 28/09/20 Order No.12634694 was placed for 2-black/blue masks, 1-multi color mask, --pair of pink slippers on the online site.
On 30/09/20 I received only 1-black/blue mask and 1-multi color mask but NO slippers and 1-mask.
On lodging a complaint I was told the same would be despatched and details shall be shared.
On 05/10 I was told that order had been cancelled and the amount would be refunded and GV shall be mailed to my regd. mail id.
On 06/10 they told me that they have the products so same shall be despatched and details shared.
But today 08/10 when I called I was told that the order had been cancelled and that I shall receive a refund for the same.
It is extremely unfortunate that we are being harrassed in such a manner.
Every time we call them they are giving some excuse or the other without resolving our problem.
Please resolve the issue at the earliest.
