Brought a new one on 20.8.17. After wearing on the next day found both the pair or not one and the same (One was duplicate) it started detoriating. Color changed in one of the pair. Went and asked about this on 23.8.17. They are not ready to take any account of it. Though i gave them the purchase detail as well. Slippers were adjustable but i tried making them to be fitted it was not working out. Whether we should stop buying the product. Expecting the positive reply to the earliest.
