[Resolved]  Bata India Ltd — Hush puppies sandal broke in less than 6 months

I purchased a Hush Puppy Sandal from Bata Lucknow on 23.02.2015 at Rs.1799/- Within 3 months of wearing it it started to wear off and last weekend it broke down completely. Getting Torn apart within 6 months of purchase is very unfortunate. This brings Bad name to such a reputed Brand. I am currently staying in Mumbai. Please arrange to get this thing repaired of replace if repair is not possible. Please reply at the earliest and efforts are expected towards damage control what this one bad product has brought to your brand. Regards Ms. Soni Singh.
