[Resolved] Bata India — Manufacturing Defect related | |||
My self raised the complaint in M/s Bata India on 08 Oct'20 under product manufacturing warranty period after purchase. Since 8 Oct 20 - M/s Bata India reverse pick up the product and not received any confirmation related to product refund or return status . After 30 days consistent follow up since Dec'20 to customer care executive over Email as well as customer care executive but respond not received. In month of Jan'21 - email copy to M/s Bata India - CEO Mr. Sandeep K ( Email id -sandeep.[protected]@bata.com ) Customer executive team provided M/s Bata Gift voucher over email communication. I asked related to product status - not confirmed yet /even not shared the customer return policy by M/s Bata CEO -Mr.Sandeep. K and Head customer service- Mr.Nitesh A ( Email id -nitesh.[protected]@bata.com). If company provided me the gift voucher after 155 days - then it's not use for me because my self already purchased new product from other brand - can't wait this much time . i needs some support from consumer forum side related to some reputed brand purchased product .
