Bata India — Misbehavior of Sales Girl at Bata India Store, CBlock,Opposite Agrawal Sweets,Vikaspuri

Dear Sir/Madam, Today I was go to purchase sleeper at your Bata Store, C-Block, Opposite-agrawal Sweets Corner, near Reliance Mall, Vikaspuri, New Delhi-110018. At store I request with sales girl to help my child to bear his choice sleeper. She refused me with his sentence "At Bata, we are not help customer to bear sleeper/shoes, Child will do it by himself". I ask with Bata India, is it your part of Policy? If yes please immediately change it, else please do necessary & appreciate action against Particular Store with there employee. Waiting for positive response from Bata India.
