Subject: mix product purchase problem
Dear sir/madam
On september 27th 2017 my wife and i have traveled in catania italy and we have stop by in bata store: katane coffee katanè
Via salvatore quasimodo, 95030 gravina di catania (+[protected]
On that day, we have bought 4 items including pair of boots (Item #591-6160 see pictures attached)
My wife was asking to measure #39 & #40 and she and up asking for the #40 to be packed along with the other 3 items.
After a week we have packed everything in our suit cases and we flew back home to israel.
Two weeks ago, my wife took the boots out the box for the first time and she found out that it was mixed up and she got in the box one boot #39 and one boot #40
On october 31st we have contacted the store and we spoke to the worker who helped us on that day, jovani his name and he promise to check it out but as of yet we haven't heard anything from him. He was asking for the receipt but unfortunately we have paid cash and we through away all the unnecessary paperwork just before the flight.
Please let me know how can we possibly resolve it, return the one #39 and receive the #40 instead. There is a possibility that they still have at their store the #40 box with the one boot #39 inside.
