[Resolved] Bata India — money refund

It has been over one month now that i have returned an item that i bought. My order number is 12159050. However, i am yet to get my money back. The customer care number is useless as it is always busy and no one ever picks up. The mails that i have sent have also sent back auto-generated responses and nothing beyond that. However, there has been no response from your side. This qualifies as customer harassment liable to be punished. I want my refund immediately.

I purchased a bata footwear worth Rs. 1000/- through your showroom located at Vasai on 8th November 2017. I used it about 2 weeks later for a few days in which it started showing wear n tear.I went to the showroom on 13th Dec and asked for a repair, they have given customer care no which is not reachable.
