I had buy a 2000 dr scholl sandal from bata and it didn't last three months and i had claimed a replacement of it but again after the three months again it doesn't last 3 months now i am complaining to bata and they give me the claim no crfz92810 and when i visited the store store keeper said me to come after 4days but now they are saying it has been 6 month it cannot be replaced but i didn't not get value of money i want replacement again my complain no is:1287267
