[Resolved] Bata India — Naturalizer sandals

I bought naturalizer sandals last year from bata showroom at connaught place, new delhi. in one year the sole of one sandal is broken into two pieces. when i spoke to customer care, they showed inability to attend as their policy handles only products when defect occurs within 60 days. i bought these sandals for rs3000/ and wore only in summer season and that too only as office formals. Strange bata is only concerned about policy. regret buying their premium product.
