We purchased 2 scholls slippers from Bata in New Delhi in May, 2015 for which Bata gives a 6 month warranty. Within 2 months, both the slippers got badly damaged (cracked, slippery sole, belts slacked) We checked with our same New Delhi vendor and he straight away denied for any repairs or replacement. (Though Bata claims of 100% replacement for major manufacturing defects in its so called policy) My next action was to follow up with customer care for more than a month, after which they agreed to replace one of the slippers or at least repair it. There was still no reply from customer care for the 2nd slipper, which is severely damaged. As instructed, I submitted my slipper in a Bata showroom. Now after another month of follow up, they have conveyed that they will neither replace nor refund for both the slippers.
How unprofessional behaviour
