Sir, I visited the above named company store on[protected] and redeemed Bata Club points. After redemption of points, I received a message as follows Quote "Thank U for redeeming ur Bata Club Points. Here is Ur GV: 30061814. Get Rs. 150 off on next purchase of Rs.999 nd above valid till 13th Dec, 2015. Happy Shopping. Tnc." Unquote. I visited above shop on[protected], purely to avail 'Off' offered by you. The person in billing counter (Manager?) has informed that off cannot be given as this "Off" is not seen in company billing system. Even after I have shown message received in my cell Phone: +91 [protected], He did not accept to give "Off".This is for your information and further action. Yours truly, Ramaprasad K
