I have placed an order with Bata India on 09 May 2023 vide order number BW[protected] for an amount of Rs.1500/-. The message recevied from Bata regarding despatch through ekart courier service vide AWB SRTP[protected]. Recevied a message from ekart the item been undelivered due to operational exigencies at their end on 15 May 2023 and intimated that rescheduled on 16 May 2023. However till date no messages or calls received from Ekart logisitics also from Bata India. However, Bata india been contacted me till date through their customer care as well as email, and replied it is under priority consideration. However Bata India never updates me, only i have to call them and get updates. Today when contacted Bata India, they intimated me to cancel the order and refund will be initiated within 07 days, which is not justified. Hence, it is requested to take necessary action on Bata India as well as Ekart logisitics to supply the order or else refund the money with penal interest of 24% due to deligence as well as false statement/promises made by Bata India.
