Sir,
I visited a store on 5th march 2023 to purchase a bata kids sandal, which was not available in the store at that time, but staff at bata store ordered the product for home delivery and assured me that, the product will be delivered with in 3 days.
But,
After many days I contacted the customer care on 11, 15, and on 19 March 2023 repeatedly about the status of product or the refund of my amount. and every time they don't provide me any complaint number but on 19th march 2023, that insisted on complaint number and simultaneously a email to me then they generated the complaint.
Now,
After even registering of complaint nothing has been done so far by Bata India, and the I again registered a complaint on 30 march 2023. But still nothing is in my favor has been done i.e. non refund of amount.
Even after assurance given by Bata to me again and again.
So, I want my refund back with penalty for my mental harassment, and this is a kind of torture bata india giving to me.
