Dear Sir/Ma'am,
Recently I have brought one pair of women shoes from Bata Online but the product doesn't fit.
Then I was trying to returned the product on the same day and but I am not able to proceed the return due to SOME error on site during submitting the return request and while trying the toll free customer care Number for return but no one is responding on the call even after multiple try.
As BATA CLAIM THE HASLFREE ONLINE SERVICES TO CUSTOMERS WITHOUT ASKING THE REASON FOR RETURN THEN WHY IT'S HAPPENING WITH ME. I JUST WANT TO RETURN THE PRODUCT DUE TO SIZE ISSUE THEN WHAT. YOU GUYS ARE BREAKING AND HURTING THE TRUST OF CUSTOMERS.
KINDLY RESLOVED MY PRODUCT RETURNED ISSUE AND REFUND MY MONEY ON MY ORIGINAL MODE.
