I purchased a pair of shoes for my daughter on 1st June 2016. It was almost correct at the trial in the Bata Shop. But when she put on the shoes at home for more than an hour, her feet began to pain as the shoes is narrow and my daughter has broad feet. I went back to the Bata Show Room on the 5th of June to exchange the shoes for a broader pair who than advised us that all the pairs are narrow. They asked me to exchange it for a bigger pair which is narrow as well. I said that it will still not solve the issue. I then said that I don't want a refund but at least allow me to purchase something else for that same cost. They then said that is not possible even though the bill says that it can be exchanged in 15 days. I am attaching a copy of the bill which has all the details.
