I ordered a pair of shoes from Bata India Online Store on 13.01.2022. The product was delivered on 18.01.2022. After opening the package I noticed they delivered a wrong pair of shoes. I immediately contacted the customer care and they asked me to send picture of the wrong product via email which I did, then they arranged a pickup on 21.01.2022. The courier partner denied to accept the product due to the mismatch, I again immediately contacted the customer care and they assured me they will arrange another pickup within 7 days. Even after 7days I didn't anything from them. I contacted them and they told me to wait. Finally after calling them again and again they picked the product up on 02.02.2022 and assured me that the amount which I paid will be credited to my bank account within 4-5 days which didn't happen, After 5days I called them and they asked me to wait for 2days, after that whenever I call them they just ask me to wait for a few days, It's been 17days I haven't received my refund.
