Complaint marked as Resolved Bata India were delaying and avoiding to resolve my complaint, when I approached them directly. However, they immediately responded to my email AFTER I posted complaint here. They asked me to carry defective product to their outlet from where I had purchased it. Upon doing so, the sales executive inspected damaged product and email from BATA India. They immediately replaced the damaged product with new one from shelf; also gave me option to purchase anything other than just socks, by paying the difference in amount. Bata India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Wating since 8 days for the resolution of my problem
No reply from their side. Customer care very bad service.
No loyalty n no honesty towards the customers
Really very very disappointing experience
