I bought a pair of belle of bata from online store myntra in jan 2017. But the product didn't last 3 months. I went to one of the stores of bata in delhi, they suggested me to write to customer care regarding this problem.
I did the same i mailed them at first place but no solution was provided to me from their side.
They just provided me request id is 880083 and request id is 880102. Then i called their customer care thrice, everytime they said we will resolve in 24 hour but they did replied or resolves the matter. Worst customer care service ever.
