I purchased a pair of Bata shoes for my daughter in the month end of January 2022. Within a week o[censored]sage, the upper and the soul worn out. As I am residing in London, When I returned back to Chennai, I went to the Adyar Bata showroom and informed about the same, The representative approach to the customer was very bad and they were not minding to provide a responsible answer. I am not sure if I was in Bata showroom or not, the approach was very poor. I need a replacement for my shoe as well. My billing mobile number is [protected].
