Dear bata, i am a very regular customer to bata . Being such a huge brand providing less quality products.i have purchased 1700 Worth of Shoe for my office wear, with in a 15 days sandel came out from the shoe.we went to store which in film nagar but hopeless ..kindly look in to my complaint number - 602090 2 days passed away expecting a positive response. thanks
