I bought expensive Bata shoes from their online site of Bata India. They are naturalizer shoe range called zees from bata. Costed me 5499/- I ordered on 8 th sept and they were delivered on 10th sept. Shoes were in worn out condition and also did not fit me properly as my toe fingers were coming out from side. Box was broken but that was not my concern. I contacted customer care and placed a return request that very day on 10th of sept. Both via email and phone. As per their policy a refund will be issued after return. But nobody came for many days. I have contacted them at least 10-12 times, each time they assure me that it will be picked up but no body comes. So i complained on national consumer helpline. A person came today and refused to pick up because details given to him were different. The readon mentioned to him was damaged product whereas I had a used product. This is crazy. Also the box i got has a label of different shoe( costing 799/-) and different article number. I told him that its not my fault if bata sends a wrong box. I have the invoice, the emails, the order id etc. he said he is third party and cant help! Again i complained to the customer care. But no help. My money is stuck. This is highly harassing!
