Hi, i seeking for my refund more than 4 weeks but everytime when i call customer care, they are giving false commitment and simply saying sorry/apologize but they don't mean it. They are giving false commitment like it will get credited by eod or within 48 hrs but all are false commitment only. When i ask them to connect to their supervisor, they are disconnecting the call many times and sometimes they put on hold for longer time. Shame on the executives to give false commitment. Am asking my money which i paid, what's wrong in returning it, why making so much delay. Am writing this as a genuine customer with much much disappointment against bata.
