[Resolved]  Bata India — Refund not processed

Order# BW[protected] returned on 13th Sept but the refund is not yet processed even after multiple followups.
I have been following up with Bata team from 2 weeks and they just ask to wait for 3-4 days every time. Have seen multiple complaints from other customers for same issue.
