Since 1 month i am following up with bata customer care for my refund which bata is saying has been initiated on 15.11.18, i have shared my stmt as well which transaction is not showing and when i asked for bata stmt, you people are not providing, what kind of behaviour is this you guys can ask for customer personal bank smt and but when it comes to your stmt u guys are not sharing, i have spoken to many people, imran and manager-ashish verma but all useless, you guys are sick, every time i am calling customer care they are saying give us 48 hour, 24 hour, till 7pm, only fake deadlines are given by bata employees, i have called more than 20 times for 899 rupees, it was my biggest mistake to choose"bata" as my shoe brand in amougnst all big brands, bata doesn't' care for customer, i tried calling e-commerce diff-prakash but there also no reply. This is highly dissappoinment as bata doest not even have proper educated and trained staff who can solve such a pitty things. Was this information helpful? |
