As per Bata refund initiated on 1st July and so far refund not credited to source account. Payment was through credit card and customer care keep on mentioning it's netbanking. I have shared evidence of payment and also evidence of no refund. However, customer care fail to understand real issue and keep on asking netbanking details. When asked to show evidence of refund initiation, they only provide reference number which bank is failing to recognize. Had couple of calls which was a worst experience and waste of time. They promise to call back and no one calls. Bata is testing the patience.
