[Resolved]  Bata India — replacement of shoes model 851 6489 (size-8)

Sir,
I bought a pair of shoe from bata, shop name alka shoe store rajmarg orai (Jalaun), shoe model 851 6489 on 1/12/2017, for rs 1299/-. The shoe did not last even 15 days and got damaged. It is not good to sell such a low quality product by a branded company like yours.in this regard i request you to file my complaint and make arrangement for replacing the same.
I have attached the photos of bill and the shoe.
