I have purchased two Bata products online a month ago and wanted to return it since those doesn't fit as expected. I booked a return pick up by calling Bata and they offered pick up arrangements on 20th Aug 2022. Bata promised return pick up in 2 days. Until now (16 Sep 2022) the product is still with me. I have been calling Bata every other day to follow up this matter they keep telling in 2 days it will be picked up. Either Bata pick up the item back or not I need a refund. Please help me.
