I order about 16 pairs of footwear, of which I wanted to return 7. I emailed the customer services address but they did not process it. Then I called them to return these 7 items and staryed on the line for about 40 minutes giving so the details of the return. The service agent from Bata said that he was going to process 1 on the phone and the remaining 6 will be processed the next day. However they did not get processed. I emailed them multiple times but they keep replying saying the "ticket is resolved" but in reality it has not been resolved and the returns are not processed. I have now emailed them about 10 times sharing all the details of the returns but they keep repeated the same thing. It is now nearly 30 days since the time I purchased the items and I am worried they will never accept the returns.
