I have purchased a shoes from bata online india site. When it was delivered i could find the size was too small for me. That day itself i contacted the bata customer care. The technician attended the call offered me a shop visit in my nearest city where i can exchange my product and select a new product. He also updated that i will receive a mail from bata within 48 hours and take the print out to visit the shop.5 days passed, no mails received. Contacted customer care again and now they told there was no option to visit a shop and offered me reverse pickup and refund. 4 days passed (Total 8 days after delivery) no calls/ mails till now. I don't know how i can exchange the product. Need strict action against this company to fool customers inviting shopping online. The worst customer care ever seen, no updates from them. All of them saying that they have registered a new complaint, now wait for 48 hours. Please make necessary actions against this company.
