[Resolved]  Bata India — Rude behavior for buying shoes

I have bought shoes of rs 2000 from FF-23, paras down town mall, zirakpur on[protected] and come for a return due to their rude behavior done to sell their product forcefully. now i want to return the boot shoes and want my money back. please return my money and i dont want to exchange those shoes with any other product due to their harassment done by the owner.
