I have purchased 1 pair of gym shoe from Bata store in Ahmedabad. Within a week, right leg shoe felt uncomfortable during running and gyming. Noticed that upper part of right side shoe was not in shape and it was tilting more towards one side, which resulted into imbalance of body and leg pain.
I have approached the store man for the same but he answered me about my foot balance problem like more pressure on that particular side, made the upper part of shoe not in shape. The other shoes I am still using before this buy is still comfortable for me. And I am not buying shoe for the first time. Last 6 to 8 years I am using bata. This shoe is of no use for me now as it have started foot pain.
I WOULD REQUEST TO KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AS THIS COULD BE A DISASTER FOR CUSTOMER IF THE LEG OR FOOT PAIN TAKES A SERIOUS CONDITION.
