[Resolved] Bata India — sandal straps removed from the attached design within two months

I purchased a brown colour sandale its no. Is 37, which is purchased from shop no.2410 near crawford market, mumbai, on 3 march 2018.
Sandal is designed by a strap. This straps is removed from its attachment.
Its looks very ugly. Your notice to write a complaint minimum 350 words is very time consuming of costomer. Please do improve regarding this.
