Respected Sir/Madam, I inform to you that i have purchased two hushpuppies shoes for me nd my sister model no.664-6226 from your grand hotel Kolkata branch purchase time near July 2013.. confusion creat due to our purchase bill was whitish (due to out of mind we cannot xerox purchase bill) your salesman of grand hotel branch are known me very well due to we are a regular customer of your branch. Now the problem is both shoes is very damage within your guaranty period. So i request to you please arrange to replace my shoes and inform to your grand hotel branch.. I eagerly request yo you pls take care of my letter very urgent basis.. Your cooperation in this regard will be highly solicited..
