Dear concern,
Greetings of the day.
With great dissatisfaction i am writing this mail to you for quick closure. I bought a bata shoe on 1st march (Bill enclosed). After using few days it got defected (Pic attached). I registered a complain regarding this on your toll free no and the reference no is 627773. After lodging the complaint i am constantly following up but not getting any resolution. All the times your agents are only making lame excuses and not providing solution. I called below agents on various dates :-
Prakriti 26may very rude & impatient to hear my probs. It seems that the only target is to close the call & increase call count. Surprisingly, all of your four agents are good for nothing. No customer service approach. Asking for an hour time for callback but not received yet.
Vishal varma 24may no status. Only committing that you will get the solution but when, he is unable to answer. Commited that i will get a callback withing 8 hours but after more than 72 hours didn't got any call. Again a fake commitment.
Ajit kumar 16may put the complain on priority and asked for three more days to get the final solution
Kasis garg 12 may registered the complaint and promised that i will get the mail through mail withing 2 working days.
Now this is my final level of escalation regarding the issue. Also i am deeply dissatisfied & surprised with your customer support team. Not a single senior member is available to help out the customers at any point of time. It's was never expected from a brand like you. If you are only concerned with sale then it's good team but if you are really looking for after sales support, then i don't have words to explain the productivity of your team. The customer support team is really good for nothing. As per my experience, your toll free no is totally wastage of time and money in terms of complaint resolution.
Looking for a quick and positive closure.
