[Resolved] Bata India — Shoes and accessories | |||
I visited bata showroom yesterday to purchase a pair of formal shoes. I selected a model and got it billed but after billing i saw another model for which i was actually searching for and asked the sales guy to cancel the bill and bill me for the other pair which i selected later. Their was a very long conversation between us and he was very arrogant on me and i ended up buying a new pair of shoes which i actually didn't like. Even though after paying my hard earned money. I had a zero percent satisfaction in the product i bought and the experience was horrible. Kindly help me out in exchanging the shoes for the model i had selected later and cancel the bill given now. The shoe which was billed was of 1500 rs and the shoe i selected later was of 1300 rs. I will buy something else for the remaining amt Was this information helpful? | |||
