[Resolved] Bata India — shoes damaged by bata franchise but in 2 months bata not resolved complained still under process

Bata ke shooes me sole paisting issue as gaya with in 25 days, company nd repair kiye leken proper nahin, 15 din me pura sole hat gaya company ne replacement nahi diya paisting ke liya bola, lekin paisting pata nahi bata me karayi ya road walo dono shoes bilkul damaged ho gaye, jal gaye paisting karate wakt ab pahne ke layak nahin hai ye shooes company me 2 mahine se complained dali hui hai 987878 complained no hai, lekin har bar 48 ghante wait karo bol kar phone kat dete hai.
