[Resolved] Bata India — Sole of the shoe is out

Had purchased a black pair of velcro shoes from bata in the month of may. its used hardly 4 months . now the sole is out . had gone to the bata stores . they said that only online complaints r accepted as the kids are wearing shoes to school they need to be repaired over the weekend ... so now should i request to the bata services atleast look into this and get the sole fixed as soon as possible or convey a message to the nearest store to do it my contact details are...[protected]
