Lost the bill of the product. Provided the date and month and year of the purchase. They refused to check a the online bill. We had to change the size of the show which i gifted him. He took it to bangalore but wasn't fitting him. After 5months they came back to chennai but lost the bill. The branch workers refused to check from their data. The kid (My cousin) loved the shoe... I have purchased a pair of sandal from Bata showroom at TT Nagar bhopal. Due to poor quality of soul material it got damaged from soul and its upper portion also got damaged.
I have complained the matter with the dealer within three months of my purchase date but straight forward he refused to replace the same.
