[Resolved] Bata India — store in-charge treated me badly | |||||
I brought shoe from bata at bridge road store bangalore then shoe was not comfortable i requested for exchange and since i didn't like the shoe collections in brigade road store i asked customer service to change contact store to cole's road bata store then i got approval for exchange shoe from cole's road bata store, and i went there today the store in charge person was saying 1. I gave sale to brigade road store and for exchange coming to my store 2. He's purposely sending me to go out get print out copy of mail, but in mail it's mentioned can just show email from smart phone. I asked store email address so i can forward, store had printer but he refused me to send mail saying he doesn't know store email address, 3. He said manager not there come tomorrow when manager there. Finally i contacted customer care and connected with store guy then customer service person forwarded mail to store email. 4. I have selected shoe and gave he made me to wait and after 1hour he started billing my shoe. That one hour was very bad experience. Was this information helpful? | |||||
