Bata India — Substandard hush puppy shoes sold by abids branch hyderabad

I have been a regular customer over years of bata india. Iam very disappointed to bring this to your notice that I purchased shoes from your out let at hyderabad by spending Rs 3500/-. but to my dismay after few days I noticed that there were two patches / damages in the shoe which were nicely covered with sum substance and has given up after a lapse of couple of months making the the shoe to look rubbish. As I stay in vishakapatnam i am not finding time to go to that shop in Hyderabad and question staff.
Adding more insult the bata india, the left shoe has got torn and opened up from from the front. This time when i go to hyderabad in summer holidays I will definately go to him and see his response.
