I went to the Bata shop on sixth of October 2020 to buy product Which was not available and I was told to visit online for Availability. On 7th October I visited the online store and found the item I required. While I was making the payment the system has a glitch and payment was not accepted. While placing the order I applied voucher worth Rs.3500For redemption and the voucher got consumed. Neither the voucher was revalidated nor the product was delivered. After immense struggle I reached out to customer careAnd have been advised to wait for 48 hours. No revert from customer care and again I called them on 10th of October for the support for which I got the complain number 1948294 and was asked to wait till 12 of October.No revert after that and till date still struggling for the voucher/ item. Even I have written to Mr Gopala Krishanan Mr Sanjay, and Mr Gupta Chairman CEO and CFO.The company is least bothered about the customer and not a single resolution from the senior management also since last 10 days
