[Resolved] Bata India — the discount not given as per promise

I had a bad experience at bata india ltd, jayanagar, bangalore, no p-69th main road, 3rd block. On my purchase of items worth rs.4326 (Invoice cm[protected] dt 26/8/18) i was offered a discount of rs.1000 on next purchase of items worth rs 3000 within the month of september 2018. I got the same sms at my mobile phone also. But when i purchased the items fulfilling all the conditions i was not given the discount showing some excuse of the system error. Oct 02, 2018 Updated by qasw0987 The amount of my next purchase was Rs 4100 and on 29/09/2018 ( Which was more than Rs 3499 as per the condition and also within stipulated time).
