Dear sir,
I have purchased above material from your shop no 10, shimpoli road kastur park borivali west.
On 27/12/2017.
It was relapsed once.
But again it is damaged in front side.
I went to your shop on 05/03/2018 at about 7 pm but your store manager refused to entertain my complaint as your system was not working. I asked him to write it on the bill so when next day i will come, if other person is there i can tell him about my earlier days visit.
Your store manager refused to give in writing and asked to come other day,
Also he said "jo bhi karna wo karo" is it training of bata india to behave with customer. When sale was going on without net connectivity why he has not entertained me.
On next day06/03/2018 i again went to your store he told that it cannot be replaced and said "appko travelling ka paisa de detahu"
Is it customer service of bata india or any other government office.
Why he at least seen the shoos earlier on 05/03/2018 matter would have not gone to next day.
As i am working some were i have to visit again by travelling through.
After my deliberation your customer complaint cell has lodged complaint no.1073047 on 06/03/2018.
Hope matter will be solved on good note.
