Bata India — Wrong Shoe Lace Size

On 28th Jan I had purchased a Tennis Shoe at the Bata Store, when the shoe box was opened to my surprise I found only one Shoe lace. I immediately went to the store the next day asking for another shoe lace . After much argument I was given another shoe lace which turned out to be smaller than the one that came with the shoe. Once again I sent my person to the store so that he could explain the manager the difference and to get the shoe lace of the longer size. The store person however gave him a pair of lace of the smaller size which does not fit in the tennis shoe. I went back to the store asking for a longer length of the Shoe lace. THE store manager is RUDE and flatly refused to give me a new shoe lace. He is saying that all shoe laces are same size and this is only what is available. Even though I have given him a sample of the older shoe lace of Size 3 he is refusing to give me a new pair of Shoe Lace. Kindly investigate in the matter.
