Its very unfortunate the team of bb daily missing lack of customer centric intention or i have doubt about their skill to resolve the issue of customer.
Since consecutive 2 days, i am placing order & making payment, order confirmed for next day delivery but delivery never happens. When contact to customer care then as usual reply & initiate the refund. Now, i am listing out below replies, (A small kid can also wont trust on this).. Important, i got the replies different at the different level of escalation exe till manager:-
1) we are facing opertaional issue hence could not deliver (This issue not resolved since 2 days, but our money are utilised for 12hrs min.) if avg rs.300/- x 1000 customer facing daily this issue means rs.3, 00, 000/- per day (90lacs per month, rs10.8cr per year)
Awesome business strategy to use free fund. Earning i cant predict but wisely atleast 1% will be very huge.
2) ordered product damaged hence could not deliver. How come all the 6 orders can be damaged?
3) timing slot not available (Then why bb daily take order, if not able to deliver the product?
4) i will ask my senior to call you back (Rather than solving issue they plays game of escalation, pushing the responsibility to next level..
I have call recording of 4 level escalation from exe to manager... Kindly check at your end & out of above 4, if a single reply wont find in conversation then i will bet anything may be more than in what happened in mahabharat.
Finally.. Bb daily employees seems to avoid responsibility & not able or willing to solve the issue customer..in other word they wont have skill set, will issue & would like to heat their chair, doesn't want to go out of box to resolve customer issue.
