For One week BB Daily Milk delivery is in total mess for Pune Hinjawadi area

This is to inform you that for last one week starting from Diwali, Milk delivery is in total chaos and there is no information about any status of Delivery- Everyday morning we start doubting whether it will be delivered or delayed or will not be delivered at all.
It would have been better if you would have stopped for last one week and asked customer to purchase from outside. Even today also, like every other day, we are in tension whether milk will be delivered or not, we call your delivery team, the team lead or delivery man- no one takes the call and inform position.
It is very disappointing and not expected at all from an organisation like BB Daily, i think the condition worsened after Tata group take over. Earlier BB was an alert and professional organization and now it does not care for customers.
I also worked for Tata Group some time, but never saw this kind of deterioration where interface with common customers.
Time for looking for alternative

BB Daily from whom we are procuring milk for everday consumption, they were charging Rupees 2 towards the same. Suddenly without any prior information the delivery charges have been doubled to Ruppes 4 from May 22nd. As it was never informed to us by SMS or Phone call we called BB Daily customer service - the customer service agent was very impolite and kept repeating the information was posted in the app one week beforev the hike in charges...

Amount got deducted without delivering products
Amount got deducted for the undelivery product. I have complain to support & got refund. Again second day they deducted back for the same product. And this mistake they du repeatedly. When you complain they give refund and within few hours they will deducted back. I feel this is unethically behaviour of support or company. And give unnecessary stress to customers. I am tired of this continues wallet tracking & complaining activity. I want my refund and ethical service.

Inappropriate delivery and missing quantities

This is to notify that BB Daily folks had been doing all sorts of malpractices while delivering daily groceries.
There had been a lot of complaints registered but still, the QA/ QC checks are not been imposed as a result the quality of the service had deteriorated a lot.
There had been even theft of the packed items noticed by tallying the weights mentioned and pack quantity when re-weighted.
Still, no actions had been taken against the complainant so request your attention for the same.

Dangerous delivery system

1. Everyday products delivered are incomplete.
2. Since 1 week delivery boy updates it as delivered on app but never does that.
3. Milk packets are soiled with mud and dirt.
4. Even during pandemic their Delivery boys are so irresponsible and careless. They simply THROW MILK PACKETS AND OTHER PRODUCTS ON DIRTY CORRIDOR FLOOR despite bag hanging on door. (I have attached few pictures and proofs)
5. Customer care is a joke. Fake reassurances, no issue resolution despite multiple complaints since June 2020

Credit not reflecting.
Hi,
We have done the recharge of wallet on 3rdjune 2020 vide 2 transactions of 1000 rs each with following upi reference.
1. Upi/[protected]/easebuz, beneficiary hdfc bank
2. Upi/[protected]/easebuz, beneficiary hdfc bank
Now one of these transaction has been showing successful, while another not, upon confirming with my bank and raising complaint they have written the following mail stating that the transaction was timed out but the credit is done to the bb daily hdfc account hence both the transactions have been successful but our wallet has been recharged once only.
I have personally visited the bavdhan icici bank branch and filed a complaint, they are also telling the same thing.
I request you to confirm with your bank and credit the remaining 1000 into our wallet.
Below mail from icici bank is appended for your references.
Pls resolve this asap.

items missing in delivery - no refund - no support team response

I have seen bbdaily cheating customers by not delivering orders or missing part of deliverables but charging customers. They simply escape by saying its delivered at gate or so... For big orders it is a problem where delivery boy don't even check with customer to note whether all items are delivered or not. I faced this situation multiple times... One for milk packets. Recently i ordered groceries and vegetables and the bill was appx 2500 rupees. Items were kept in balcony in the morning and they didn't even check with us for items delivery. I had office meetings... Later i checked what items are delivered with my family members.. I see two red lable (Nature care) tea packets (250 gms each) and one kg cucumber was not delivered. But i paid for these already while ordering and the status shows as delivered along with other items, though these are not delivered. There us chat support on app and it is for name sake (Irrespective of covid-19 times and normal times prior to covid-19). If i message on chat, response will be after 30 ins or 1 hour... By that time we will be in different work... And chat guys simply waits for few seconds and says as there was no response we are closing this. Support guys wont't respond to customer query within time but support guys expect customer to respond immediately within seconds... They expect customer not to do any other work throughout the day and stay in chat window waiting for support guy's message. .

bb daily - products are marked as delivered and money deducted even though they are not
On apr 9th, the products which i have ordered are not delivered and not received any call or message from bbdaily. When i checked the status from bb app i noticed that the products are all marked as delivered and money was already deducted when i placed the order.
I have checked with their chat support, and they have informed me that the product is delivered to the security person, but that is not the case and it's not delivered at all.
I have raised a complaint on the same day and ticket no:[protected] was provided. Since then there is no response from bbdaily, i have been asking for an update but there is no response at all.
Chat support is abruptly disconnecting from the chat window and not responding at all. I have attached one of the conversations that i had with the support team and see how they have responded.
Need help to sort out this problem.
I was waiting for these items for a week during the lockdown, if they inform that they are unable to deliver due to some reason is completely acceptable, but they did not deliver the products and marked all of them are delivered is not acceptable at all.

missing milk and curd

I am using bbdaily from last two months and in current month we have not received items 6 times
Though we comained it all 6 times only one time they returned money and no action has been taken or no updates given by them
Once we keep money in their basket you do not have option to take it back also

non-delivery of milk packet at block d of goyal complex, ahmedabad on 31 march 2020 and 1 and 2 april 2020

I am residing in goyal complex flat no d-51. The society has six blocks viz, block a, b, c, d, e and f with 10 floor and 4 flats on each floor located in a compact area with only one entry and exit point. The society has not imposed any restrictions on persons delivering essential services to the residents of the society. On 31 march 2020 morning when i got up i found my basket empty meaning the milk was not delivered. I inquired with my friend residing in another block - c subscribing to bb daily service and was informed that milk was delivered to their block in their bbdaily basket at doorstep. On inquiring at bbdaily chat support i was informed about the new service that as societies are not permitting therefore the milk is delivered on security gate but that was not the case as other blocks a, b, c, e and f were receiving doorstep delivery of milk.
On inquiry at security gate it was informed that the bbdaily person had handed over the milk to security without bothering to inform either the residents of d block that they can collect the milk from security gate nor providing the details of milk packs to be delivered. Since this is new kind of service and we the residents of only block d were selected from among all the six blocks for providing deficient bbdaily service at our doorstep. Your milkman at his discretion has decided not to deliver milk to residents of the d-block and the bbdaily is continuously recovering the charge for delivery to the doorstep without providing the contracted service.
The above complaint of the above deficiency in service was informed to the call center of your bbdaily service at[protected] on 31 march 2020, 1 twice on 1 april 2020 and again on 2 april 2020. However, all the time it was informed that a callback will be arranged but neither i received callback nor the issue is resolved for delivery at doorstep no details of action taken to ensure delivery at doorstep was informed.
The worst part of the whole thing is that i have paid advance to this company and will have to walk to the society gate all my life until the advance is recovered to collect milk pack, etc.
You are requested to rectify the deficiency in service else arrange to refund me the amount deposite in the wallet as i plan to subscribe to the service provided by a local milk vendor that provides much better service than bbdaily.
It is ridiculous to note that the support service at the chat, phone and email are all non-responsive. They assume that we the consumers are fools and the dogs will stop after barking for few days/ month/ years.
Bbdaily is shamelessly recovering charges for deficient services.
